I had such a great meal at MingHin Cuisine today! The food was super tasty and felt so authentic — just like the dishes I’ve had in China. You can really tell the chefs are from China; every dish was full of flavor and cooked perfectly. The service was also excellent. The staff at the front were all Chinese, very friendly and attentive, and made us feel really welcome from the moment we walked in. This place isn’t just about great food — it’s a full cultural experience that makes you feel like you’re in China. If you’re looking for real, delicious Chinese food in Chicago, this is the place! I’ll definitely be coming back — highly recommended!

Excellent dim sum restaurant here in the NW Chicago suburbs. Great ambiance and great food (very Hong Kong style). You get a little bit more food here for the same price as other dim sum restaurants I’ve been. Quick seating and fast, polite service. Ample parking. Definitely will be back to try their other Cantonese entrees.

Food is always good with great service Even though it's a lunch menu, the shrimp fried rice, it's a huge amount of food. Baked Creamy Egg yolk buns were so good.

This restaurant is the best Chinese restaurant in the northwest suburbs of Chicago, no doubt about it! It is my family's favorite place! When you come here, you will find that real Chinese food is not just fried rice and spring rolls! Hundreds of dishes, exquisite and delicious! The Chinese-style Cantonese tea snacks are delicious and affordable! Coupled with high-end decoration, completely Chinese style, extremely patient and perfect service! Believe me, you will know what real high-end Chinese food is after you try it!

All the items we ordered were delicious—In our opinion, the best dim sum is in Toronto, Ontario, which is renowned for its outstanding dim sum spots, and MingHin comes the closest to that level of quality around here. Since we only travel to Toronto a few times a year, MingHin is the closest match to that level of quality nearby. We will definitely keep coming back.

Ming Hin in Schaumburg delivers an exceptional dining experience with its delicious Cantonese cuisine and inviting ambiance. The restaurant’s design is both spacious and elegant, blending traditional and modern aesthetics. The service is efficient, and the staff is courteous, making the overall experience enjoyable. The food is outstanding and beautifully presented. The steamed soup dumplings (xiao long bao) were a highlight, offering a delicate wrapper and flavorful broth. The taro puffs were perfectly crispy with a soft, savory filling that melted in your mouth. The grilled short ribs were tender and well-seasoned, while the beef ho fun noodles were packed with rich, savory flavors and a delightful smoky aroma from the wok. The dumplings, both shrimp and veggie varieties, were fresh, light, and expertly crafted. For dessert, the steamed sponge cake was fluffy and lightly sweetened—a simple yet satisfying end to the meal. The attention to detail in each dish truly reflects the skill of the kitchen. The restaurant has a lively yet relaxed atmosphere, perfect for family meals, celebrations, or simply enjoying dim sum favorites. If you’re in Schaumburg and love authentic Cantonese flavors, Ming Hin is a must-visit spot. Highly recommended for both the food and the experience!

We decided to go here for Mother's Day, and it was a great choice! Unfortunately, our party was too small to reserve as you need atleast six people to make a reservation, so we decided to come a few minutes before opening. A line formed outside the door, but we were able to quickly get seated! Our waiter was super friendly and showed us how to order through the tablet. We got a lot of items, and they were all delicious. Due to the Mother's Day rush, it definetly was a bit of a wait, but it was nice having things come out at different times so we could enjoy our choices. We ordered the crab rangoons, crispy pork belly, siu mai, steamed BBQ pork buns, deep fried shrimp rolls, roasted duck, beef crepe, choy sum with oyster sauce, and the baked creamy egg yolk buns. We enjoyed every single item- they were all so fresh and delicious! I would highly reccommend the roasted duck, baked creamy egg yolk buns, and choy sum. For desert, we got the malay sponge cake and taro smoothie. They were both really good- the cake was so fresh and warm. Although the sponge cake did take a while to come, the waiter was really nice and kept apologizing for the wait. Additionally, the waiter accidently served us the wrong meal, and let us keep it without a charge! It was delicious and so kind of them to let us keep the food. We didn't end up spending too much, and we also went home with a lot of leftovers. I would highly reccommend this place.
